How I can help
You will be asked to complete a 14 day sleep diary after the first assessment.
Review of sleep diary and explanation of next steps therapy (gold standard is cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia).
Clinical review of symptoms and background; basic examination, explanation of findings.
